Dear Friend,

Effective January 1, 2012, the Natural Food Center will no longer serve dinner on Friday evenings and will be focused exclusively on our breakfast and lunch service seven days per week as well as our catering and delivery services.

We have enjoyed Fridays with you so much and will miss the opportunity to gather people together in this way. We will continue to offer our special event prix fixe meals in the evenings for holidays including the day before Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, St. Patrick's Day, Easter and Mother's Day. You will receive notices of these when we start bookings or feel free to book in advance by calling 325-673-2726.

We appreciate your support and patronage of The Center on Friday nights so much and want to thank you for encouraging us to test the waters of evening service with you. If you had dinner with us at any time over the last year, please come by and receive a gift certificate for breakfast/brunch for two on the weekends as our way of thanking you for your loyalty and support. And, plan to join us between now and January 1, 2011 for a great meal and music.

As a small, family owned business, we want to always offer you the very best. You are our neighbors and friends and we hope you will understand and appreciate that we feel the need to focus on our strengths and not extend our capacity beyond that which is healthy for our staff and sustainable for the over-all operation. We hope to see you at breakfast, brunch and lunch and when you honor us with the privilege of catering your holiday and special events. And, we hope you will take advantage of our new delivery service at your offices.

Thank you again so much for all of your support and encouragement over the last two years as we have "recharged" the Natural Food Center after its 40 years of service to the Big Country. You have made it a joy to come to work.



P.S. Important News! We are expanding our Sunday brunch/lunch to Saturdays effective December 3, 2011. We will start breakfast/brunch/lunch service at 9:00 A.M. effective December 3, 2011 and offer breakfast, brunch and lunch until 2:30 each day. The breakfast/brunch menu will also grow with our new hours--still including the omelettes, frittatas, Eggs Benedict and buckwheat pancakes that you love and adding classic scrambled eggs, bacon and artisan toast, multi-grain oatmeal, breakfast quesadillas and surprises from the Chef. During the work week, we can open The Center for large group breakfast meetings for a minimum of 25 people and/or $300 not including tax or gratuity. We can seat up to 118 with a head table if needed.
