Smoothie, have one daily (Served at NFC from 10-6 Monday-Saturday, 5-9 on Friday Nights):

One-half cup organic fresh fruit including dark berries (blueberries, raspberries, acai berries), 3 TBSP Soy Protein Powder (or Whey, Rice or Egg White Protein), 6 oz. stone filtered and ph balanced water plus ice cubes (all water and ice at NFC meets this standard), 1 tsp. honey or agavi syrup, 1 tsp. flax seed oil or flax meal and ¾ tsp. fiber supplement psyllium or hemp seed meal. Add an anti-flab supplement to the smoothie: D3 (1000 IU daily), DHA (600 mg daily or 2 g. fish oil), Calcium with Magnesium (600 mg daily) and a whole food based multi-vitamin.



For breakfast, choose one daily:

· 1 Egg, 1 tsp. olive oil, 1 TBS. low-fat cheese, ¼ cup veggies to taste, 1 slice whole grain organic bread)

· 1 cup organic oatmeal (gluten-free if needed), 1/2 cup organic berries, 1/2 cup fat-free milk, Stevia

· 1 whole-grain waffle, 1/2 cup lite yogurt, 1/2 cup mango, 2 tsp. sunflower seeds, Stevia



For lunch, choose one daily (Available at NFC during Lunch Hours):

· 1 1/2 cup soup (any of the NFC soups qualify), 2 TBS. yogurt, 5 whole-wheat crackers, 2 cups sliced veggies (NFC veggie side salad)

· 1/2 cup lemon caper salmon, 1/2 cup diced tomato, 2 TBS. hummus, 1 whole grain pita, sprouts

· 2 oz. chicken, 1 slice low-fat cheese, 1/4 avocado, 2 tsp. veganaise or 2 tsp. hummus in 1 whole-wheat pita with sprouts and 1/2 cup fruit



For dinner, choose one daily (Available at Friday Night Dinners at NFC):

· 4 oz. baked white chicken, 1/2 cup whole-wheat pasta, 1/2 cup Italian style tomatoes, 2 tsp. parmesan, 1/2 cup green veggies, 2 tsp. olive oil

· 4 oz. halibut with 2 tsp. olive oil, herbs and lemon to taste, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 tsp. sunflower seeds, 1 cup steamed veggies, 1 TBS. Parmesan

· 4 oz. lean grass-fed beef tenderloin, 1 baked sweet potato, 2 tsp. olive oil and 1 cup mixed greens



Snacks each day, choose 1 in a.m. and 1 in afternoon:

· 1/3 cup grapes and 1 oz. low-fat cheese

· 1/3 cup mango, 1/2 cup yogurt

· 1 cup raw veggies with 1/4 cup hummus or guacamole

· 1 cup lite yogurt and 1/2 cup berries

Dr. Oz recommends 1400 calories daily. Drink as much coffee, tea and water as you prefer, using Stevia for your sweetener (made with ph balanced water if at all possible). We supply ph balanced water at the Natural Food Center. Add healthy low-cal, natural extras (spices, herbs, Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg’s Amino Acids, lemon juice) as desired. Try our natural sea salt spice blend. It is fabulous!
